Sponsored luch seminar and stand

The third option open to companies is a combination of sponsoring a seminar and hiring an exhibition space. Price varies according to the type of Stand and Seminar Lunch selected (see prices in sections 2 and 3). A discount of €500 will be applied to the total amount.

Payment Terms.
The following payment conditions (as stated on the invoice) shall be applied:

Exhibitors must pay 50% within 30 days of signing the contract. The remainder must be paid before 15 September 2012.

Payment in full is required prior to the start of the conference. If sponsors fail do pay in full, they will not be permitted to proceed with their seminar or set up their stand.

Venue Regulations
The regulations of the venue, Auditorio Fomento del Trabajo, shall be applied.
