Exhibitor / sponsorship packages

STAND

Exhibition Area.
The exhibition area will be located on the main floor of the congress.

Booking an Exhibition Space.
Exhibitors need to complete and return the “reservation contract” within one week of the reservation / space allocation. After one week, the organisers have the right to offer the space to other exhibitors. Requests for spaces must be for multiples of 6m2. Each space will be equipped with a mains power socket. Exhibitors that need exhibition stand furniture or an exhibition stand, or for one to be set up, must notify the Technical Secretary prior to 1 October 2012.
Exhibition spaces shall be allocated on a strict first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Terms.
The following payment terms (as stated on the invoice) shall be applied:

Exhibitors must pay 50% within 30 days of signing the contract. The remainder must be paid before 15 September 2012.

Payment in full is required prior to the start of the conference. If exhibitors fail to pay in full, they will not be permitted to set up their stands.

Venue Regulations
The regulations of the venue, Auditorio Fomento del Trabajo, shall be applied.

Insurance

Exhibitors shall be responsible for any damages to the property or lives of third parties they may cause directly, or that may be caused by personnel working for them on their stand. The organisers shall not be held responsible for the exhibitors' property during the exhibition or when the stand is being set up or taken down. The organisers recommend that exhibitors take out insurance

Exhibitor Services (Technical Installation Services) - 1 October 2012 -
Exhibitors may request an estimate to hire of the following:

• Electrical equipment.
• Telecommunications services.
• Temporary staff to set up and take down the stand.
• Modular stands / stand furniture.
• Audiovisual equipment.
• IT equipment.
• Plants and flowers.
• Catering.
• Hostesses.
