Cancellations

If for any reason, including force majeure, the conference is unable to take place, exhibitors undertake not to take any action whatsoever against the organisers. The organisers shall return moneys paid, less a proportion to cover general costs incurred up until the cancellation.

As regards cancellations by exhibitors, if an exhibitor cancels prior to 15 September 2012, they shall be entitled to a refund less 40% of the amount paid. Exhibitors who cancel after this date shall not receive any refund.

The Organising Committee reserves the right to postpone, shorten or lengthen the conference for reasons beyond its control, or due to force majeure.

Such circumstances shall not entitle exhibitors to rescind their contract or to demand compensation for damages.
