Sponsored lunch seminar
Each day of the conference will include company sponsored seminars that will be held at lunchtime in different rooms within the conference centre. Although there are no additional costs for delegates to attend sponsored seminars, they must indicate which seminars they wish to attend when they register for the conference. Catering must be provided for delegates during the seminar.

Hiring a Room for a Seminar.
Sponsors need to complete and return the “reservation contract” within one week of the reservation / seminar allocation. After the conclusion of one week, the organisers have the right to offer the space to other sponsors.
Payment Terms.
The following payment conditions (as stated on the invoice) shall be applied:
- Exhibitors must pay 50% within 30 days of signing the contract. The remainder must be paid before 15 September 2015.
- Payment in full is required prior to the start of the conference. If sponsors fail to pay in full, they will not be permitted to proceed with their seminar.
